Just a few from a recent mini-session. Look at how sharp these pups are! It was just a couple of days after Thanksgiving, but Christmas is already in the air…
A preview of W’s 9 month pictures. You can see how he’s grown from 3 months to 6 months, and now to a big sitting and almost-standing guy!
Still the happiest baby ever. I really wanted to pick him up and carry him around like a teddy bear, but I have a pretty good cough going and tried to keep my distance. But can you see how it was tempting?
Well, 7 that were here this day, at least.
This is my best friend going back to the 7th grade. When you know someone this long, you know their brother, too. And now she and her husband have two boys, and he and his wife have a little girl, and they all got together for some pictures of the cousins.
I’ll let you guess which one the ham is – the one who actually liked having his photo taken. (Hint: It’s the same one who at one point was overheard saying, “This is the perfect spot”, just before he sat down to meditate for a while.)
I’m thankful to know all of them; whether they were mugging for the camera, or hiding from it.
Wishing everyone a little sunshine, color, and time with friends and/or family.
Oh, and an extremely delicious meal, as well.
So glad I got to meet this family! In addition to two lovely parents, we had a spirited and sassy older sister (that’s part of the older sister’s job, by the way – to bring a little sassy), a happy and fun-loving brother, and a sweet youngest sister, who probably didn’t understand what we were all doing that morning, but was content to walk around and put up with it all.
We met in the morning, so it was a bit chilly, but all in all I’m thankful to have been outside on another gorgeous autumn day. One of the best things about this work is getting to meet people I never would have known otherwise. This family had an incredible story (which you can read more about here), and I wish them all the best, and hope to catch these little ones again as they grow.
