This little girl has gotten bigger since I first met her 4 months ago!
She’s a bit bigger. much more alert, beginning to push up on her arms, and is practicing her own form of communication. It’s always amazing to see how quickly they change.

Love this little face. It’s one of the most expressive ones I know.
I’ll quit the descriptions and let the preview show it – the face he makes when his balloon floats away, when he feels the cool spray of sunscreen, when he peeks over his chair at his friends, when he gets teased and loved on by his gaggle of older female admirers, and so on…
It’s been a rainy summer, and when some thunder rolled in the pool had to be abandoned for a while. But it didn’t stop any of these guys from having fun.
Wishing a wonderful year for this little man…
When I first met her, Leigh had a house to herself, and despite a busy schedule, was always one of the most welcoming hostesses I knew.
She lives a little further away now, so I went for a long overdue visit not long ago and found that despite now having a 3-year-old, 2-year-old, and 8-day-old, she still made room for me! So great to see this family of 5; I love each of them.
Oh, and she also let me play with her newborn and dress her up and experiment with newborn photos! And when Dad walked in and I was sitting in his office, holding his infant who was naked but for a giant bonnet on her head, he let me pretend that all was normal and didn’t kick me out, either. 🙂
Here’s a look from our visit! Goal for next time: get some sunset pics on the playground by the river – the rain drove us away this time, so I’ll have to go back!
These photos are incredible. So beautiful Jennifer!
My! This post is long over-due!
In April I was able to spend an entire week doing nothing but hanging out with one of my bestest, oldest friends – right in our hometown. Just the three of us – because I also got to meet her daughter for the first time! She brought her down from Alaska, and was excited to see her experience her first doese of warm weather. I took some photos every day, I think – including her first stroll outside, playing with some young friends, eating out with some of my friends, her first picnic at the duck pond (we did a lot of eating)… But there was only one day where we set out with the purpose of getting photos – some one year photos at Atlanta’s own Piedmont Park. I have just been a very, very slow friend when it comes to posting them.
So, finally, here’s a look at the little monkey, getting a look at her mamma’s home city, and some Georgia dogwoods.
Miss this little face.
Beautiful baby & beautiful photography!
Lil’ H is 3 months old! And my, how he has grown.
You can see him here at only 2 weeks. Since then he has eaten, slept, and eaten. I think he’s storing up for all the energy he’s going to have. (But then, that’s an educated guess, based on his very active parents.) He has a sweet sweet smile, and we captured a couple of those. I also wanted to get some of his nursery – the kid already has style.
Looking forward to seeing what the next phase brings, H!!
Beautiful as always! Thank you Jennifer!
